This workshop is a balance of yoga + movement and mindfulness activities, sprinkled with music, crafts, opportunities for learning, social interaction, and more!
Each student will receive a printed booklet to take home filled with mindfulness + meditation activities they can take off the mat and into their everyday lives.

30 minutes of yoga + movement
30 minutes of mindfulness, including:
• an intro to mindfulness
• breathing exercises
• self-care and self-love
• guided visualization
